Early 2009 - Self-Confidence Workshop in Portsmouth, Hants

9.30 - 3.30 on a Saturday - Date to be advised.

Oasis Centre, Arundel Street, Portsmouth - Price £25.

This workshop is for people who find that a lack of confidence is holding them back in their careers, education, relationships or life in general.

It doesn't have to be this way, and anyone can learn how making even small changes, can make a big difference.

The workshop will be for no more than 20 people and we aim to have some fun along the way.
