The techniques were fab! They really worked. I really felt my body language change when we were visualising certain things. So often it is nice to know someone is there to give you another point of view or look at things from a different angle. Also, to be put back on track if I slip off the rails and lose sight of my goals I think you are really passionate about helping people and it showed greatly in our sessions. I know you want me to succeed! I think everyone needs a life coach! Even if you don't think you do, you do!
